Ardent Practice Partners operates an online platform that connects private medical practices seeking medical billing services with independent medical billing companies (“Partners”).

We do not provide medical billing services. We do not act as a broker, agent, or representative for either party.

We provide introductions in the form of practice lead information.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • That any lead will become a client

  • That any practice will respond

  • That any business relationship will result from a lead

You acknowledge that you are purchasing leads, not clients or guaranteed business.

3. Payments

All payments made through the platform are processed electronically.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for leads delivered to you in accordance with the platform’s pricing.

All charges are final subject to the Partner Agreement and credit policy.

4. Use of Information

Information received through this platform may only be used for the purpose of contacting practices regarding medical billing services.

You may not sell, share, redistribute, or misuse any lead information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ardent Practice Partners is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Failed business relationships

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Outcomes resulting from interactions between partners and practices

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific lead in question.

6. Account Suspension or Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to the platform for any user or partner who violates these Terms or misuses the platform.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
